Please treat it with the same respect as you would your own home: treat it gently and clean up after yourself. If you have any trouble with any of the amenities, let us know so we can correct the problem. Rental Rules • Respect check-in and check-out times. • No shoes inside. • No smoking on property. • No parties or events. • Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. • Drive slowly and follow parking instructions. • Do not rearrange the furniture. • Enjoy your meal at the dining table. Please no food or drink (except water) in the bedrooms. • Switch off lights, climate control units, and electronics when leaving. • Do not bring bedding or blankets outside or next to the fire. • Dispose of garbage in the garbage bins provided. • Please care for the home and furnishings as if they were your own. If damage occurs, please report it in a timely manner. Guests are responsible for damage outside of normal wear and tear. Pet Rules • Pet fees ($50 per pet) should be paid through your guest portal before check-in. If pet fees are not paid prior to check-in, host reserves the right to disable checkin. Unclaimed and unpaid pets will be charged $150 per pet. • No pets are allowed on furniture. • Please pick up after your pet, and use leashes responsibly when pets are outside. Fire Rules • Keep fires manageable. • Always supervise fires. • Put the fire out before leaving. • Use only fire tools provided for working with the fire. Most importantly, Enjoy your stay!
